Recently i have set up a home growing kit in my cuboard. I have a 400w sodium light hanging on chains about 15-20 cm above the plants, but i have recently noticed that there are a few white specks on the leaves. I have been growing for about 3 years and haven't seen anything like it. if anyone can help i would be very grateful. The plants are about 3-4 weeks old. They are cuttings (White Widow) from the 2nd generation of plants i produced 4 months ago.

ive seen things like that, Does it smell really strong? As it was explained to me in some Species (only a few) there is a rececive Gene that will show up, im not sure but i think you might have you Generation Gene Poping up, it should be fine to smoke.
