Smoking Joints

Ok...so I know the proper way to smoke joints is to inhale it straight into your lungs.

But what is the difference between that and "drawing it back" like when smoking a cigarette?

you can get bigger hits by drawing it straight inta ya lungs, they have a bigger capacity than ya gob, i smoke ma cigs like this now too...

ok. Put your index finger in your mouth (or indeed a lit joint/cigarette if u have one at hand) now suck on it like you'd suck your thumb or a lollypop or something. You don't get much time on suck it before you run out of breath. However now do the same thing except hold your nose and then breath in as opposed to sucking and you'll find it goes into your lungs. This means more THC floating around your bloodstream.

no i think i have properly inhaled but i just dont get what your saying ...lol... im sorry im just stupid ... i smoke a half a pack a day ... thats real sad i know... but i think i have properly inhaled

yo i think what their talkin about is like holdin a spliff inbetween your fingers and creating a lil chamber and suckin the smoke straight in.

no they arent, they are talkin about inhaling the smoke straight into their lungs instead of bringing the smoke into their mouths and then inhaling it...

i learned to inhale properly this way :

my friend said ok you just go OH theres my mom (so u inhale when u go ) like this frightened hold ur breath up thing girls do in movies

its hard to explain this way but u get it...right,

So you regularly smoke tobacco, and you now want instructions on how to smoke a different leaf??? Okay, here goes (you might want to write this on a sticky note and post it on your smoke-buddy's forehead): Suck, and Hold. Additionally, as your skills improve, you should try to: Suck - as much as you can, and Hold - as long as you can. I've heard that holding the smoke in for 20 seconds is good, but longer than that will not get you higher. Who knows? Maybe that would be a better question....how long is best?

Your point is taken and I'll stop.

I'm new here and I thought the larger font would add emphasis. However, I see that you've been around awhile and likely know better than I do. But let me ask: your postings include a big color banner with words that don't seem related to the message, font at least twice the size as your message, and lots of flashing stars that give the appearance of motion, all combining (at least in my eyes) to distract almost completely from the message. Your message. The tiny, poorly punctuated text that you meant for me to read is actually hard to find in context. Why do you do this? (I really wanted to type that last question in a larger font, but since you asked me not to…)

My attempts to use varied font size and bold type were an effort to better communicate my message. I felt I had something worth saying and hoped help the reader understand not only the words, but also which words I meant more emphatically than the others. Again, I understand and accept that I failed.

Please tell me, is there some useful purpose that you achieve by closing your message with a big flashy sign that is way larger, is more colorful, and very significantly distracts the reader from anything you type?
