Is there a ceiling on how much you can smoke and stonedness?

I've heard before that after so many bowls it doesn't get any better and then you're just wasting weed. I've never tried though, the most I ever smoked was 4 bowls between me and one friend (the bowl on this bong is about twice as big as "normal" bowls, so...its more like 4 regular bowls each!) out of his 4 foot 3 chambered bong. By the time we were finishing off the second bowl we were already pretty stoned, and by the end of third we had to sit down on his porch to continue smoking, by the time we finished the last I could hardly pull the bowl and put it back in the stem. Stumbling back inside we proceeded to watch some MadTV, and EVERY thing was fucking hilarious! Never laughed harder, the commercials and actual show kinda melded together and we found ourselves laughing at just about anything on the tv. Trying to stand up I immediatley fell back down to my chair. This was probably the most stoned I've ever been. I don't think I could've physically handled smoking more, maybe if I was really determined but we thought it might be a waste before. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Some kinda high-cap?

what you have heard is bullshit, i can get baked, then smoke again and i get more fucked, and again and again untill i cant talk or move, smoke more untill you cant stay awake.

ive gotten to the point where i was completely stoned 6 hours after i stopped smoking...i smoked like 3 bowls out of this native american bone turned into a bowl...fucking awesome...ive also had times where i have laughed for 10 minutes non stop, that was some good weed...the weed ive been smoking lately isnt that great

im sorry my grams my be different from yours cause its good shit always fresh 20 percent thc dro and its actual is un heard of down here dunno were u come from but people go half and half on 10's and mostly on 20s so who ever goes full on a 20 i say is a weirdo and needs a job

The only 'ceiling' to limit the amount you can smoke isn't really the ceiling. Its the floor... You can literally smoke weed all you want- you'll pass out before anything bad happens...

Anyways....I didn't mean like an overdose...I know thats impossible, but I see what you guys are saying, there is a point where you can't smoke any more because you phsyically can't do it. Thats kinda where I got before like I said in my original post in this thread, maybe one more bowl but I probably would've broken my bros sweet piece...wouldn't want to do that!

Fattest session was last 4/20 for me...

Had been party hopping all day getting stoned everywhere..Once I got home I had a fat eighth (4 grams) of some dank nugs to myself. So I sat with my bong in my room and smoked the whole sack save for a few little bowls. After that I was rolling joints from some stress I had with a little chronic from before. Man that was the best night of my life.
