no hash and no money???? rare..but when it does happen..probably once in six months or so..i just pluck off plants on the highway...stop the car at any red-light, get to the curb, pluck as much as you want till the light turns green..hop in..drive home..
the weed isnt all that good becos its exposed to traffic and vehicular pollution, and you have to really look for the clean leaves...but its ok in a pinch

Free weed on the street. Reminds me of a cartoon when these two poor kids go to the candy city (where everything is made out of candy).... I'd probably have that kinda feeling in purple monkey's city

not exactly..but since this is a predominantly Hindu country and since the Hindu holy men (the sadhus) treat hash as prasad (or offering to the Gods if you want)...in places like Manali, Pushkar, Dharamshala, Hampi, Gokarna, Rishikesh, Haridwar, etc etc..no one really ives a fuck if you smoke a joint in the street....

even where I stay (on the outskirts of Delhi), we grab a cycle rickshaw, tell him to pedal all around the neighbourhood, while we (a friend and self) sit in the back and smoke a nice relaxed spliff and a nice relaxed rickshaw ride...

Smoke joints. I've been smoking only joints lately and i've got a film canister almost full of roaches after a quarter ounce. It's nice because when you run out you can roll at least 3 or 4 second-generation joints from the roaches. They taste like shit but hey... Weed is weed
