If your from the UK by Law if your under 16 you can not buy skins as the come under the tobacco lists. I work in a off licence part time and we are not allowed to sell a lighter or skins to under 16's.

Well in america legal smoking/chewing age is 18 just about everywhere I think.

Drinking age is alittle different as it is determined by the state or city. In some places it is 19 others 21. However when it is 19 usually the booze is waterd down, so it sucks.

Confidence is key to buying shit you are not of age for. Or here is a trick have a hot chick! Basically this means have a chick try and buy first. Why b/c chicks usually look alto older then they are. Also if you are a smoke shop clerk who would you rather talk to some kid who looks like 15. Or some chick who is attractive and could be 15-19? Trust me it works well.

Yeah you have to be of legal age to buy papers. If it's in a convienience store where they sell tobacco and shit they will PROBABLY ask for ID, they LEGALLY need to simply because they sell the tobacco. If your lucky they wont give a shit and give it to you. But I usually go to a store called THC (The Hemp Company) and they sell nothing but products and they don't ask for ID because they don't sell the tobacco in the store, if its just products than legally they do not need to ask for ID.

ok im from ontario canada and you have to be 19 to buy cigs and about the papers i have never been asked for ID. i dont think they would ever ask. i am 17 and i look my age. but i have been buying papers since i was 14 soo...i guess it doesnt matter..and mostly anyone can buy lighters..just some ppl dont let u if u look under 13 and...to buy booze the age is also 19
