Like celtic one said Salvia is not a substite for mary jane... This is a way more intense trip its not even a high, it's not something you wanna do every day like pot.

salvia is nasty smoking I found personally.. had it once never going to have it again.

why not just keep off weed for a month so your tolerence goes down so you get more stoned when you start again?
