i know im a noob but why do people even smoke joints? i can understand sometimes if you dont have anything to smoke with but i meen my pipe only cost me like 15 or 20 bucks and i dont have to go through the time of cutting the weed rolling the joint + people say joints waste more weed and for me joints go by really fast so i dont get to enjoy smoking.

man thats why you gotta roll em tight and thell last longer and you only waste weed if there are too many ashes and the weed inside isnt burnt or you leave it too long

You can't smoke out of pipes outside. Even if you can, it sucks ass comparing to smoking a nice joint.

could be the papers..i rolled a very nice one last night n it burned faster than anything i rolled before...some fucker gave me substitute papers since mine are somewhere else n not here...never use Midnigh Special Cigarette papers

There are plenty of reasons why joints have a purpose... and now to test my slightly cloudy memory these are the ones i can remember off the top of my head:

1. Seeing as pot smoking's generally illegal, if youre in public its a lot more subtle to be smoking a joint than a pipe or bong, also from a distance a spliff (unless its huge) can be mistaken for a cigarette.

2. Its easier to relax with a joint... its hard to lay on your back and gaze at the stars with a bong without spilling bongwater all over yourself..

3. Spliffs can be smoked on the go

4. if you smoke spliffs all you need to hide is the gear. because no ones gonna be that suspicious if they see rizla and baccy. but if they see and bong on the other hand...

...and thats all i can remember right now. Don't get me wrong tho. I love bongs!! I just feel i should defend the humble joint.
