I use limewire, but lately its just getting infested with spam and results are getting harder and harder to find. I call this the downfall of a P2P software, then a new one is made thats even better, then it goes down. Its all one big cycle. Remember Napster and Kazaa?

No, no, no.
First of all, Limewire is SOAKED with shady files, adware, and spyware. It's become far too popular, and that is when you must move on to a new downloader. I've been around the block with these, believe me.
I suggest Soulseek. I fell in love with the program after trying to find a new one after using Limewire. (I was having to run an adware program every week or so, and would find tons of threats.) Once you learn the program, you'll love it too. Here's why:
1. It's an actual community. It was originally designed for musical artists to share their own music, and have their original work heard. There are also lists of chatrooms based on certain genres, (where you could find others with the same tastes, and download the shit they want that you like) and you can add users to a friend list so you can go back later and download from them.
2. It's not shady. Sometimes you'll find a song that is less than a tenth of the size of all ther rest of the other choices (of the same song), but other than that, I don't really have a problem.
3. You can download whole albums with one or two clicks. You can browse the complete lists of shared files of other users.
4. It's been known that many music producers use soulseek. Soulseek is more than likely one of the programs responsible for new singles being leaked prior to the release date. (Who else would have those singles on their computer but a producer?)
5. You'll also find that getting a hold of rare songs, b-sides, and bootleg albums isn't quite as difficult.
But anyways... it's free and it's clean, and not everybody and their mom uses it.

EDIT: And yes, it does have a lot of music available.

hahahahaha i was just gonna post that man
on soulseek there is so much music. you can find literally everything there. it does need time to get adjusted tho, you'll need to have a lot of mp3's shared yourself, dont expect to download everything within the first 5 minutes after youve started it.
alot of rooms with users having a lot of a genre all getting together to share more. very handy but not for the impatient
edit, ow yeah im sputnik86 on there

I use bitlord for albums and movies and the site I use for the download is http://thepiratebay.org/ . The site has almost every movie and song in perfect condition. I use limewire if I want to download only 1 song or something like that.
