If you could torture somebody mob-style, like have their fingernails pulled out or hotwax all their pubic hair at once, or cover their genitals in molasses and crushed corn and loose a herd of hungry pigeons and chickens on them while they strapped down, who would it be and why?

(for speculative purposes only...I don't treally advocate violence but Im all pissed off and want to feel the brotherhood of anger...lol)
