I'd say i'd torture all the fucking D.A.R.E. cops because they parade around telling little kids weed will kill them and get them in jail, but the bastards have never even tried it themselves. I'd also have to say my dad, but not to death, because he was never there for my mom and siblings then he left my mom on Christmas. I was like 6 and i punched him in the face when he came to get his stuff and he just ignored me. I hate him. Oh and on the cop thing. I would love to be a D.A.R.E. cop myself, with the dog and everything. When i found weed i would keep it and sell the other drugs to addicts
