for gods sake, here in england its just about legal anyway, u cant get busted 4 smokin it or anything, just get it taken off u, or at least in my town. ive skinned up infront of a copper at my house, all he said was can i have a toke and then walked off.....i love it here.... yeah, so am from england and i say yes to legalisation

i dont think that you can smoke green anywhere in the uk in front of a copper just yet and be safe in the knowledge that you wont be nicked. it depends how much you have on you. the laws for dealing are vague and u could possibly be ublucky to have an ounze on you and be searche dbya copper and arrested for intending to supply. supplying cannabis to othe rpeople now carries a sentnce of up to 14 years. so please be careful people. yes the law is changing but it isnt uniform ove rthe country just yet.

Hell, I got arrested for smoking a J on my way to Glastonbury this year. I guess I was unlucky - a few weeks later, the government decided they'd not waste time nicking anyone for smoking it if they only had personal on them. I was pretty fortunate that they didn't take it any further though - I had enough to be done for Intent To Supply, but because I was going to a festival, they only busted me for possession. I'm all for legalisation, although I'm sure that if the government could legitimately put a tax on it, we'd all be paying a lot more for the priviledge of getting high. Can you imagine having to apply for a Licence To Deal?

There are much worse things out there for people to do perhaps if weed was legalised this could be stamped out more effectively, hey then again I spose if weed was to be legalised then this same argument could be used to legalise Brown and crack etc and that is something I definatley do not wanna C. if u think about it alchohol is worse then weed, it screws u up more, your screwed up longer than you would be if you were high, you could die from drinking too much, and other various reasons yet the government doesnt see this and they just go on living in their own little fantasy world. if it was up to me, and i had a choice of either weed or beer, actually i'd choose weed over any other alchoholic beverage for that matter.

I come from montreal (canada) and the governement is seriously askin them the question. Im all for it cuz its been proven that 3 teens out of four try weed for the first time because its illegal. If it was legal, many peoples in their teen crisis woudn't try it just to make them parents go nuts. So i guess that if mari was legalized, thein would not be more people on it.
