making glass bong.. is an absolut vodka bottle thick enough

I think you need a diamond tipped drill piece, they're pretty expensive i think. I tried with a normal piece on a southern comfort bottle, i was drilling for fucking ages and i didn't get far at all.

i just bought some type of tip used for drilling glass at lowes. it was like 12 bucks. it worked really well actually as long as i kept pouring water over the area being drilled

i havent done it with the bottle yet, i tested it with some other glass that is about the same thickness. when i have some time this week i will finish it. the hole is nearly perfect for the slide i have too, there is just tiny tiny tiny spaces inbetween..im not sure what the best way to seal it is.. any suggestions? and when i drilled, i drilled onto a square piece of glass, im not sure how itll turn out on a rounded piece, at an angle im gonna try to find a rounded practice bottle to use first.

a beer bottle is a lot thinner than my vodka bottle, so hopefully it wont go too bad heh
