Bong lip?

Does anyone out there no the reason for the tar build up on your lips after a nice fruity one is sucked through a bong? Some call it Moccas but the name isnt important, the cure is!

well, smoke contains tar and the tar in the smoke builds up on your lip, like a filter or flap of paper hanging over a roach.

Yeah i understand that much but our bong seems to give it to us alot at the moment and our other bong doesnt, just seeing if anyone knows how to stop the moccas and the exact reasons...

Well, design of the smoking device has alot to do with it. Afterall, thats what bongs are for, filtering out all the bad crap. But if you have a smaller bong, or not alot of water in it, it doesn't give much opportunity for adequate filtering.

Whats your piece like?

I have had the same problem with Sobe Bongs. They dont actually do any filtering. so all that smoke and crap you breathe right in. I find that resin stuff on my front teeth after a good Sobe Rip.
