Peanut butter
chocolate icing
jam, preferably raspberry

optional:
nutella
other icings

put peanut butter, chocolate icing and jam onto two pieces of bread and put cheerios inside.
put buns together and nuke it in microwave till the icings etc are molten.

you've made the ultimate munch food!
