There's no link that involves weed hurting your liver. THC gets stored in your fat cells but they've never found that it has negative effects on your body, especially something major like your liver. If they had evidence of something like that you could bet your ass they'd be playing non-stop anti weed commercials about it.

If anything it will proably help, it has been shown that cannabis helps strengthen your immune system.
