Lemon Jelly!
They are a pair of crazy madmen from london, and they have created some of the most amusing music ever. It can be basically put into the category of chillout, but without the commercialness that now dominates that genre.
The music is littered with hilarious samples - from spacewaling Astronauts chatting on their radios, to the crazy nursery-rhyme lyric of "Nice Weather For Ducks."
The rising and falling strings, horns, trumpets, and the deep bass and the bizzarre samples all conspire to put a big smile on your face. This really is feelgood music, which is undoubtably the best music while stoned.
There are two albums out, their debut, "Lemonjelly.ky" which is brilliant, but not quite as good as "Lost Horizons," which really is perfect. A whimsical journey though a day-glo land.
Download/buy either of these albums, skin up a fat one, and kick back. You will not be dissapointed.
