i've only listened to revolver in depth, i took it to newquay with me last week & now i luv the beatles. i kinda listened to sgt peppers lonley heart club band & let it be, but not in depth. my parents have all their records so i'll be listening to those a lot

. there was a rumour that Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds stood for lsd- it wouldn't surprise me, they were trippin' 24/7. lol.

nah Lennon said Lucy in The Sky With Diomonds was about a picture his son drew. They had always admited to writing songs about drugs and what drug they're about but they always denied that one was about LSD. I believe them. But I think thwey where trippign when they wrote the music but the lyrics where about Johns sons picture

Nothing special??? WTF?? listen to Revolver and Rubber Soul before you decide.
They are probably the most influential artists since the Rock & Roll era and possibly the best song writers of all time, other than Neil Young anyway.
