Hey man dont forget australia, our prime minister has his head firmly lodged up uncle sams arse! so if usa and britain go then so are we, fuck that shit. war is not the answer. its just hypocritical that to stop a regime that *could* have weopons of mass destruction, they are willing to use weopons of mass destruction. they bitch about how many civilians saddam kills yet if they go to war they will kill more than saddam ever has. Look saddam very well *could* have weopons of mass destruction (WOMD) and i emphasise could. we know for a fact that america has them, fuck they have enough to destroy the world 8 times over. 8 fucking times! thats messed up, not to mention the fact that america is the ONLY country to ever use nuclear weoponary on another nation (Nagisaki and heroshima anyone?) what fucking right do they have to start a war with iraq, even if saddam is a prick and kills his people (the yanks do it to). It isn't there business how it is ruled they oughta spend more time running there country than trying to rule over Iraq. I mean once war starts the yanks are going to drop more bombs in the first 48 hours than in the entire gulf war. thats just plain fucked up.
And puffpuffpass, look i usually respect your posts but that last one was fucking awful, you cant seriously want war, so many people will die because of it.

War sucks, I don't want it in case we get bombed, I live in one of only about 4 major arms and munitions cities in Australia so we're a prime target, although it seems war is about to happen so.... I reckon at least wait for a UN backing on this

everyone is right war sucks but if australia usa britan go to get suddam together he will be stoped i say that we cant sit here and watch him kill innocent people and make weapons of mass destruction to get us with. we need to get him first before he gets us. i hate war but it is the only resolution.

I may be wrong but it seems to me that there is more to this than inhumanity and WOMD. OIL- the americans have to import a large majority of the oil and gas they consume, what better way to do it other than just take it while leading the rest of the world to believe they are going to war with Iraq because of humanity reasons and a POSSIBLE chance that Saddam may have WOMD. This is only my opinion but I would like eveybody to look at the big picture before we (I say we because it's going to include us all Brits,Aussies,Canucks etc.) go to war.
