there is a technique to roll a joint (a cigarette filled with weed (I hope you know what weed is)) which involves using a dollar bill. He isn't asking how you would go about rolling up a dollar bill itself, you idiot.

To answer the topic posters questions, to roll using a dollar bill, you make a little dip in the bill ie make it into like a 'M' shape. Put your mix into the middle of the dip then pu the paper around it close it, then roll up and down like a normal spliff. Then bring the sticky side to the top and lick it then glue it down. I don't lke this method because it leaves you with a joint with no character. Just straight thin down the middle.

Just learn to roll a proper joint. All you gotta do is roll a bit of paper round in circles, what does everyone find so complicated about it? All you gotta do is practice and it'll come.

Its actually how i learned to roll a dubie. Now i do it by hand.
