in florida if you get caught by a nice police man , he will only beat you and let you go. if not they arrest you. yea we have some asshole police here, at least on my block. well , its pretty bad , tha bloods own it basicly

we need cleaner drugs (man made) i mean the worst that weed can be cut with is oregano and thats easy to spot and smell

I think it should be legal but I know it never will be. At least not in the U.S! The gov. can't put a tax on it so since they make no money on it, they'll never legalize it!

legalize it, duher. its almost legal here in new york to. back in the day it used to be a felony and u'd get locked up, but now, unlessu have an ounce or more, cause thats intent to sell, you usually just get summons unless ur a minor, then it's pretty much the same as if you got caught with alcohol if your a minor. yea this sucks cause i'm a minor, as are most stoners, but still. and if you have alot on you with intent to sell, yea obviously we all buy it from these people, but i can see why they should arrest them. if it was legal though theyd have so many less dealers for the government to worry about too cause it'd be sold in stores.

IM FROM CANADA TOO, man im here in conestogo, the best town ever for toking, no cops ever come down here, and im right near edss, one of the largest schools for getting pot in ontario, its great, only problem is , now i have like no money, cuz i smoke it all!!

no it shouldnt be..at least legal in the sense that you can hop down to the nearest grocery store, browse through a variety, select and pay thru credit card..

smoking pot isnt just about getting high..its about an entire culture...it being illegal is part of that culture..
if it were legal like above, most people would say.."aww fuck it, everyone's doing it, lets try some cocaine instead"

on the other hand, you shouldnt go to jail for using, selling or possessing it either...a fine or comunity service should be the maximum penalty

Why wouldn't you smoke weed because everyone else is?? Seems kinda stupid. The culture isn't about it being illegal, that's why so many of us campaign for legality.

And its not even because i like getting high why i think it should be legalized. It has the potential to be a multi-billion dollar industry and that shouldn't go without being taxed, it's such a great opportunity.

And then theres also the reason i smoke it and feel it should not carry criminal sentence. Also legalization would mean the companies would run tests n shit so they could make extremely potent weed. The price would go up because of taxation and shit, but i'd be willing to pay that for weed to be legal.

i defenatily agree, smoking pot is a culture, its a whole lifestlye, and now that it is summer here in conestogo, you will see alot more of that lifestyle... also, i have to say, that i didnt start smoking pot because other people were, i started because i wanted to try everything before i die, so, i tryed it, and when that happened i realized that i cant only smoke it, i have to enjoy it, i have to live the way we do, if you know what i mean, and i listen to waymore good music now that i do it so constantly......
