In 2001 the Demon of Lechery, our very own Weedguru_Asmodeus, contacted me by carrier vulture with a plan for creating a website which promoted and educated the world on the magic and delights of the Holy Herb. To add to the informational aspects of the venture we agreed to create a forum with the hope of connecting the world's marijuana lovers and enthusiasts, for friendship, discussion and light hearted online animosity. After much wrangling over the proposed name of the site and useless ranting over old scores which may never get settled, Weedguru was born.

Over the years the front end of the site hasn't changed a great deal due to a mixture of inadequacy and habitual skunk consumption on my part and Asmo's justified imprisonment in a Peking Jail on Vagrancy Charges. However the forums, where the heart of the Weedguru community beats to a steady rhythm, have grown stronger and more vibrant as Time has progressed. Despite sporadic attacks on the site by googlebots and black hearted goblins, the core of the community has held firm and continues to prosper. The front end of the site is currently undergoing renovation and this arduous process may take some time to bear any visual rewards for our visitors or members. Be patient...

These days, in a period darkened by the constant threat of apocalypse, everyone has their poison, their crutch, to lean on in order to help them wade through the shit swamp of existence. For some this is alcohol, for others it is cocaine, or ketamine, or pills, but if your poison, your guardian angel, the corner you run to when you need to smooth the sharp, jagged edges of Life, is marijuana, cannabis, dope, pot, weed, whatever you want to call it, then the place for you to find solace is HERE.
